Qualifications

• Five or more years of wealth-management, brokerage, RIA, private-bank, or direct Advisor-support experience for consideration near the top of the range.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• Strong experience with brokerage and advisory account administration.
• Knowledge of transfers, distributions, money movement, and client documentation.
• Polished client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the Minneapolis–Bloomington area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for routine client-service and account needs.
• Open and maintain brokerage, advisory, retirement, and trust accounts.
• Manage account transfers, distributions, money movement, beneficiary updates, and supporting documentation.
• Process securities transactions in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare investment-review materials and coordinate meeting follow-up.
• Partner with Advisors, operations teams, and custodial contacts to resolve account issues.
