Waverly Advisors, LLC in Boulder, CO seeks a Senior Client Service Associate to act as liaison between clients and Wealth Advisors, handling account applications, paperwork, and money movements. The role emphasizes exceptional client service, accuracy, and collaboration with custodians.

You'll support meeting prep, RMD processing, and compliance with firm policies while maintaining CRM records and ensuring timely responses.

Competenze

• 5+ years of client service experience in an RIA or Broker/Dealer preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; or 5 years of financial services experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing required; Pershing preferred.
• Familiarity with portfolio accounting systems and CRM software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
