Senior Client Service Associate - Private Wealth Management

At Harris, the true value of what makes us successful is found in our people. It is our unique mix of cultures, experiences, beliefs and backgrounds that sets Harris apart from the rest. We constantly strive to cultivate, nurture and amplify an unparalleled environment, where we value intellectual curiosity and uniqueness of thought. Inclusion is embedded in the very fabric of our culture of collaboration and openness.

We understand that a job description only tells one part of a broader story, and Harris is seeking dynamic candidates who can add to our best-in-class environment. We recognize that qualifications can be gained through both traditional and non-traditional paths, and we are committed to considering candidates who possess the potential to be excellent in this role regardless of prior experiences.

The Position

The Private Wealth Management (PWM) team works with high-net-worth individuals, families and related institutions, building customized separate account portfolios around each client’s objectives, risk tolerance, income needs, liquidity and time horizon — with a focus on capital preservation and long‑term growth.

The Senior Client Service Associate is responsible for the full life cycle of a relationship and supports the Portfolio Management team to further develop and enhance existing client relationships. Our goal is to provide an exceptional client experience by serving as a strategic and trustworthy partner to maintain long‑term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and expand private wealth relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings and discussions covering investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments to promote growth and strengthen client relationships
  • Partner with internal business units and subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive solutions and address client needs
  • Prepare materials for client meetings, reviews, due diligence meetings, and prospect presentations
  • Own and manage the client onboarding experience
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the team’s client service model
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in Private Wealth Management (PWM), in a client‑facing role working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Demonstrated knowledge of investment products, services and terminology, gained within a PWM or comparable private client environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform a wide variety of complex and confidential tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple and conflicting deadlines with initiative and adaptability
  • Strong analytical skills and sound independent judgment to solve client issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate constructively within the department and the firm
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms
