Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with JPMorgan Chase, is seeking a Client Service Associate for its Commercial Bank portfolio. You will be the primary contact for assigned clients, resolving issues and coordinating with Service Operations, Sales partners, and Bankers in the United States and globally.

You will build relationships with senior client contacts, deliver solutions, and contribute to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client facing work experience.
• Experience with servicing commercial banking clients helpful.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead your assigned book of clients autonomously by delivering solutions and upholding JPMorgan Chase standards and operating principles
• Develop long term client relationships
• Proactively drive client satisfaction through service improvements and feedback
• Conduct annual relationship reviews and identify risk exposures
• Collaborate with internal partners to tailor solutions for clients
• Participate in deal team meetings as new products/services are added
• Suggest products based on client behavior insights
• Learn and apply new technologies to support client consultations
• Encourage use of digital self-service tools
