Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/CX research experience with data-driven segmentation.
• Experience designing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research at scale.
• Ability to translate insights into business impact and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead mixed-methods studies to reveal actionable client insights.
• Develop segmentation frameworks using behavioral, demographic, attitudinal, and transactional data.
• Translate research insights into design strategies and personalized experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test opportunities and inform experiments.
• Design surveys, usability studies, and experiments; analyze results with R, SPSS, SAS, or Excel.
• Build dashboards and reports communicating findings to executives.
• Quantify ROI of research and tie client experience to business KPIs.
• Ensure data integrity and ethical research practices.
• Mentor peers and support enterprise initiatives.
