Job summary

Invesco, a leading global investment firm, seeks a senior leader to oversee the client and product reporting function across the Americas. You will drive reporting strategy, automation, and stakeholder engagement to enhance client experience and support business growth.

You will partner with Distribution, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Service teams to build scalable reporting capabilities that meet client, regulatory, and market needs, while leading a geographically dispersed team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in client and product reporting within asset management or financial services.
• Proven success leading large teams and driving transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of investment operations, data management, and reporting platforms.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead all client and product reporting activities, including factsheets, regulatory reporting, and customized client reporting.
• Develop and execute a reporting strategy that supports client engagement, business growth, and operational excellence.
• Drive automation, digital transformation, and scalable reporting solutions.
• Ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate reporting delivery.
