Job summary

Versique Consulting & Search seeks a Sr. Client Product Manager responsible for product planning and execution across the full lifecycle for assigned clients.

This role partners with Development, Account Management, Marketing, and Support to translate client needs into product vision, requirements, and delivered solutions, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and high customer satisfaction. This remote role offers an hourly rate of $65-70/hr DOE and supports a benefits package including

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, product consulting, business analysis, solution design, or related function within the technology sector.
  • 3+ years of experience working with data integrations.
  • Experience in smaller, agile organizations with emphasis on client partnership and accountability.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into analytical and product needs.
  • Proven ability to communicate with technology, development, and analytics teams.
  • Ability to articulate product features and customer value.
  • Experience mapping market and client requirements into scalable product features.
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Solid PM fundamentals with creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Identify strategic client objectives and opportunities to deepen long-term partnerships.
  • Support ongoing client requirements and product roadmap definition.
  • Define deliverables with clients and document BRDs.
  • Manage client-specific product deliverables by scoping, creating BRDs, and translating into SOWs.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate project activities, milestones, and changes.
  • Collaborate with technical leads on solution design and execution planning.
  • Hand off approved designs to delivery teams and act as SME during development and rollout.
  • Serve as liaison between technical teams, QA, and stakeholders during development.
  • Represent product expertise externally in client meetings and industry events.
  • Contribute to product vision and roadmap development.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to Support, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management.

The Sr. Client Product Manager will beresponsible for product planning and execution across the full product lifecycle for assigned clients. This role partners closely with Development, Account Management, Marketing, and Support teams to translate client needs into product vision, requirements, and delivered solutions, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and high customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Identify strategic client objectives and opportunities to deepen long-term partnerships
  • Support ongoing client requirements and product roadmap definition
  • Define deliverables with clients and document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Manage client-specific product deliverables by scoping, creating, updating BRDs, and translating them into Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Monitor, document, and communicate project activities, milestones, and changes
  • Collaborate with technical leads on solution design and execution planning
  • Hand off approved designs to delivery teams and act as a subject-matter expert throughout development and rollout
  • Serve as an ongoing liaison between technical teams, quality assurance, and stakeholders as questions arise during development
  • Represent product expertise externally through client meetings, industry events, analyst briefings, and speaking engagements
  • Contribute significantly to product vision and roadmap development
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer to Support, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams
  • Develop technical, fact-based content for pricing, positioning, and marketing collateral
  • Manage relationships with external technology or OEM partners when applicable
  • Lead beta and pilot programs, defining and measuring success against key performance indicators
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline (e.g., Operations Research, Industrial or Systems Engineering)
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, product consulting, business analysis, solution design,or a related function within the technology sector
  • 3+ years of experience working with data integrations
  • Experience working in smaller, more agile organizations where responsiveness, accountability, and client partnership are emphasized. Strong facilitation skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to frame and solve business problems are all important attributes
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into analytical and product needs
  • Proven capability to communicate effectively with technology, development, and analytics teams
  • Ability to articulate product features and associated customer value
  • Experience mapping market and client requirements into scalable product features
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Solid product management fundamentals with creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
