Job summary

Sun Life U.S. in Denver is seeking an Associate Director, Client Partner to oversee contract management, business performance, and client retention in the local market.

You will manage the region's P&L and drive growth within existing accounts while maintaining high client satisfaction. You will develop relationships with healthcare and community partners, lead DQ staff, and contribute to service enhancements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall P&L for the region and monitor performance against targets.
• Generate new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead and develop local staff to deliver high-quality client service.
• Build relationships with key contacts in healthcare and community organizations.
• Draft amendments to service agreements and ensure regulatory compliance.
