Sun Life U.S. seeks a Client Relationship Executive to serve as a strategic advisor for a portfolio of upper Midwest group benefits clients. You will own relationships with employers, brokers, and partners, guiding benefits strategy and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, account management, and collaboration across underwriting, enrollment, and service teams to drive retention, growth, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Employee Benefits, Group Insurance, or Account Management.
• Experience working with brokers, employers, or corporate clients preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; active insurance license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of group benefits clients.
• Provide strategic guidance across Life, Disability, Dental, Absence, and supplemental health programs.
• Lead client reviews, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams.
• Collaborate with underwriting, implementation, enrollment, claims, and operations teams.
