Job summary

The role governs P&L, oversees service quality, and cultivates key healthcare partnerships. The position emphasizes stakeholder communication, proactive issue resolution, and collaboration with sales and operations to meet contractual terms and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Five years’ experience with external clients; proven track record of superior service.
• Three years in a supervisory/management role.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present effectively.
• Proficient with MS Office suite for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication and service to current clients via on-site meetings, calls, and day-to-day interaction.
• Manage regional P&L and target loss ratio.
• Generate new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Meet with Sales Director monthly to review prospects.
• Provide leadership to local staff; ensure client expectations and contracts are met.
• Identify client expectations and resolve issues to strengthen relationships.
• Develop relationships with healthcare and community organizations and participate in committees.
• Represent DQ at health fairs, conferences, and advisory meetings.
• Lead initiatives to increase member access and outreach programs.
