You will drive client relationships, monitor P&L, and pursue new opportunities while ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and travel up to 30% to support clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years’ external client experience; superb customer service.
• Three years in a supervisory/management role.
• Superior organizational, written and oral communication skills; presentations.
• Knowledge of group benefits; consultative service approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Up to 30% travel.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communications and service for current clients via on-site meetings and calls.
• Manage region P&L and loss ratio to target.
• Generate new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Meet with Sales Director monthly to review prospects.
• Lead DQ staff on client program administration and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop relationships with healthcare and community groups.
