Description of the Role:

The Client Partner for Travel & Hospitality will serve as a senior executive presenting to strategic enterprises. The ideal candidate must have deep industry expertise to lead solutions and business development activities in the North American market. Responsibilities include prospecting client needs, translating requirements into customized solutions, acting as a trusted client advisor, mentoring internal solutions consultants, and building tailored solutions for retail industry clients. The role involves leveraging innovative solutions to enhance organizational productivity, collaboration, and market relevance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advising key T&H clients on business strategy; demonstrating program management and IT solutions delivery expertise.
  • Building and deepening executive relationships with strategic customers to influence long-term technology and business decisions. Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader by providing insights and ideas with follow-through execution.
  • Managing entire business cycles, discussing terms, and understanding legal and business risks.
  • Developing account strategies to generate growth opportunities, collaborating across business lines and partners, maximizing impact, and paving the way for future opportunities.
  • Managing complex global accounts with multiple opportunities, maintaining forecast and budget accuracy, and serving as the primary contact for implementation activities.
  • Driving 10x ROI and ensuring strategy adoption to the last mile, acting as a true partner to clients.
  • Collaborating tactfully, coaching, mentoring, and engaging stakeholders to leverage IT solutions.
  • Exhibiting excellent written, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Possessing strong interpersonal and team management skills.
