This is a senior P&L leadership role responsible for the agency's Travel, Transportation & Hospitality sector. You will serve as the face of the agency to all clients in the sector, own revenue growth, and build and lead a team of 2–3 Interactive Partners who manage individual client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Sector Leadership: Represent the agency as the sector leader across all TTH clients. Build and lead a high-performing team of Interactive Partners responsible for individual account relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow senior client relationships, understand client needs, and ensure client satisfaction. Advise CMOs, CDOs, and digital stakeholders on strategy spanning customer experience and their broader growth agenda.
- Sales Strategy & P&L Ownership: Define the sales strategy and plan for the sector, build pipeline, and manage the sector P&L against revenue growth targets.
- Offerings & Go-to-Market: Partner with practice teams to develop domain-specific offerings and GTM plans, and drive the marketing strategy for the sector.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the customer champion and drive a standard of excellence across all teams.
- Market Leadership: Lead or participate in analyst briefings in support of the agency's market leadership ambitions.
- Consulting Excellence: Apply strong knowledge of consulting tools, practices, and techniques to deliver precise analysis and compelling presentation of work.
Required Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in an agency, consultancy, or technology services firm
- Proven P&L ownership with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Deep domain experience in Travel, Transportation & Hospitality, in a consulting, advisory, or strategy capacity
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing transformation
- Strong sales and business development experience, including building pipeline and closing large engagements
- Experience advising C-suite marketing and digital leaders (CMO, CDO)
- Experience building and leading high-performing client-facing teams
