Accelerize 360 is an AI-enabled consulting and technology firm serving clients across Banking, Insurance, Retail, and Sports. We're looking for an Engagement Lead that owns the strategy, delivery quality, and commercial growth of how we help clients build smarter, more personalized customer engagement.
This is a hands-on client advisory role. You'll deliver marketing automation, personalization and intelligence solutions across a variety of technology stacks, including but not limited to Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
You've led marketing technology or personalization engagements before — you know what separates a campaign that technically works from one that actually moves a business outcome. You're comfortable being both the person in the room with a CMO discussing strategy and the person reviewing a journey orchestration build with an architect. You think in outcomes, not deliverables, and you're energized by building something from a strong foundation rather than inheriting a mature, fully-formed function.
You approach new technologies and platforms with a beginner's mindset — genuinely curious rather than defensive about what you already know, and quick to dig into a tool you haven't touched before if it's the right fit for a client's problem. That same curiosity extends to how you work with people: mentoring comes naturally to you, and you look for opportunities to help peers and team members grow rather than treating knowledge as something to guard.
You're analytical by instinct, working through ambiguous problems methodically rather than jumping to the first plausible answer. At the same time, you operate with a real sense of urgency — strong organizational habits and disciplined follow-up mean things don't stall on your desk. You build relationships easily in professional settings, and you look for ways to proactively strengthen the team's output, not just your own piece of it.
You're platform-literate but not platform-loyal — you pick the right stack for the client's problem rather than defaulting to what you know best. And you're comfortable with ambiguity: this practice is being built, and you'll have real influence over what it looks like a year from now.
Will you now, or in the future, require sponsorship for employment visa status?*
Have you led client-facing engagements from strategy through implementation, or has your experience been primarily execution-focused?
