Job summary

SGX, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Client Manager to build strong relationships with entry- to mid-level client contacts, coordinating projects from estimation to completion and partnering with the team to deliver on time and on budget. The role requires understanding of both client and company industries to identify opportunities for additional solutions.

Onsite 4 days per week in NYC, with responsibilities spanning coordination, invoicing, pricing expertise, and revenue growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or related field.
• 6+ years account management in a creative design agency, market research firm or similar consulting environment; prior managerial experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office, Outlook and Internet skills; able to coordinate estimates, invoicing and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from estimation to completion to support profitability.
• Serve as main day-to-day contact for clients, suppliers and the account team.
• Coordinate client-specific projects across lifecycle—from estimate creation to invoicing.
