Job summary

Vouch is a tech-enabled insurance advisory and brokerage serving growing technology, life sciences, and professional services companies. This role manages a $6M book of commercial insured clients, delivering proactive service and strategic guidance to drive retention and growth.

You will leverage strong communication and organizational skills to oversee renewals, upsell opportunities, and collaboration with the Placements team, while supporting new business and shaping scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience in commercial insurance.
• Proven ability to retain and grow complex middle-market accounts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Active/current Property and Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a ~$6M annual book of commercial insurance clients and serve as their primary advisor.
• Deliver proactive, timely service to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Advise clients on evolving risk profiles and tailored coverage solutions.
• Lead end-to-end renewal processes and identify opportunities to expand accounts.
• Collaborate with the Placements team to secure optimal coverage structures and market strategy.
• Support new business with Sales during late-stage deals and onboarding.
• Contribute to internal process and tooling improvements to enhance scalability.
