Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, part of Gallagher, is seeking a Senior Client Manager in Employee Benefits to lead a portfolio of client accounts, renewals, and strategic service delivery. You will partner with clients to tailor benefit solutions and strengthen relationships.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes and growth opportunities, with a focus on integrity and service excellence.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their unique needs. You’ll lead renewal processes, working closely with clients to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes. By building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, you’ll secure existing business and identify opportunities to expand services. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of our business.

• Experience managing client Sin employee benefits or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and delivering results.
• The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A commitment to ethical practices and doing business the right way.

About You

Required: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.

Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.
