Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience.
• Experience in a customer service or human resources environment.
• HR certification or willingness to pursue a certification.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve complex client problems as an HR expert.
• Proactively provide information and training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
