Job summary

Pinnacle is seeking a Financial Specialist to deliver distinctive, client-focused service. You will be the single touch point for clients, minimize hand-offs, and engage clients in conversations about products and solutions while expanding relationships and promoting an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include handling deposits, transfers, and various banking services, while maintaining policy compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or related software.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective analytical and mathematical reasoning skills with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone, and respond to inquiries while resolving issues.
• Adhere to three-ring standard and greet clients entering the office.
• Assist clients with banking transactions and account maintenance; open new accounts.
• Ensure compliance with policy, regulations, and risk controls across tasks.
• Provide support to leadership and assist with risk management and reporting.
• Refer clients to other specialists when appropriate and assist with cross-sell opportunities.
• Perform other duties as required.
