The Senior Client Finance Manager will partner with account and project management teams, manage complex billing, and ensure regulatory and client-compliant financial processes. Salary range is competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting operations, client finance, or agency/professional-services finance experience.
• Hands-on experience owning AP, AR, financial controls, month-end close, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounts payable process and vendor management.
• Own the full accounts receivable process including invoicing and collections.
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements and align with GL.
• Support monthly overhead budget reconciliation and cost controls.
• Maintain accurate supporting documentation for client billing and audits.
