Job summary

NRI North America is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to lead design and implementation of network solutions for clients in the New York area.

You will prepare diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans while collaborating with project managers and clients to deliver scalable, secure architectures. The role requires travel to client sites 3–5 days per week, strong communication, problem solving, and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in IT systems, software, and networking.
• Experience with cabling, termination, and testing.
• Proven ability to design, diagram, and implement moderately complex network solutions.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of moderately complex client network solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams.
• Identify and resolve network issues; escalate only for high-impact problems.
• Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
• Communicate concepts clearly to stakeholders and clients.
