Job summary

• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.

• Collaborate with external clients to address and resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues.
• Apply intermediate problem-solving skills to analyze information and address client concerns; escalate when needed.
• Train and manage Client Representatives to ensure excellent service.
