Job summary

Citi is seeking a Client Executive Lead in a hybrid capacity in Seoul. You will partner with institutional clients to raise capital and advise on mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.

You’ll coordinate with legal, risk, and operations to deliver strategic advisory services and ensure high client satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, 10+ years of experience, and the ability to manage senior-level relationships across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services or corporate banking.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities are required.
• Proven communication skills at senior stakeholder level.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in raising funds in capital markets and provide strategic advisory services.
• Serve as intermediary in trading for clients in coordination with Institutional Banking.
• Formulate investment strategies and capital-raising for clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key institutions; cross-sell Citi products.
• Lead governance, controls, and risk management with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Finance for proper governance.
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular reviews and issue escalation resolution.
• Onboard new clients and manage senior level client relationships.
• Collaborate with product, operations and tech teams to meet client needs.
• Present updates to senior domestic and global stakeholders as needed.
