Citi is seeking an experienced Client Executive to manage an extensive portfolio across Corporate Debt, Structured Finance, CLOs, and Specialized Agency within Issuer Services/Agency & Trust. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and oversee lifecycle transactions from onboarding through ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support an assigned portfolio of Agency & Trust clients across Corporate Debt, Structured Finance, CLOs, and Specialized Agency transactions.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of Agency & Trust transactions with Operations.
• Interact with stakeholders through all transaction phases from onboarding to ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit to ensure governance and regulatory standards.
• Assess risk and escalate issues transparently to protect Citi's reputation and clients' interests.
