Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant investment banking experience.
• Licensing: Series 79, 63, and 7 within 150 days of joining.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior BCMA officers on client transactions and deals.
• Organize and analyze financial data for proposals and plans.
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and exhibits.
• Conduct economic/financial research.
• Evaluate financial performance against industry trends.
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes.
