Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Engagement Manager (Sr. CEM) to drive design wins to revenue within a select group of OEM customers in the Greater Bay Area.

You will own the customer relationship, work with product teams, and lead sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Ideal candidates have 9+ years in sales, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and exceptional communication and project-management skills.

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $120,000-$220,000.*

• Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
