Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; minimum four years of law firm experience.
• Excellent close-reading, analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze documents and data, interpret results, summarize findings, and present to partners and management.
• Review and analyze OCG, DDQ, and RFP; manage information collection and draft responses.
• Support new business intake by confirming operative engagement terms through BIS; facilitate conflicts clearance and drafting of engagement letters.
• Liaise with Partners, Client Engagement Committee members, and clients.
• Update documentation and maintain BIS-related records; provide ongoing internal reporting.
