Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong analytical skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; learn new software quickly.
• Demonstrates discretion and maintains confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze documents and data; summarize findings for partners and management.
• Review client engagement terms and respond to OCG, DDQ, and RFP requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and track contracts through BIS.
• Support intake of new client requests and terms; assist with engagement letters.
• Liaise with Partners and Client Engagement Committee; maintain clear communications.
