Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum one year of law firm/industry experience.
• Excellent close-reading, analytical, troubleshooting, and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; able to learn new software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end client contracting process.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and BIS reporting.
• Liaise with Partners, Client Engagement Committee, and clients.
• Review OCG, DDQ, and RFP terms and respond.
• Utilize technology for analysis (AI, SQL queries) and dashboards.
