Job summary

Opus 2 is seeking a Senior Client Enablement Consultant to join the Client Enablement team in the United States. In this role you will engage with customers through implementation and BAU to drive adoption of Opus 2's Cases solution via end-user and train-the-trainer training.

You will lead training sessions, develop content, and build long-lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor, while becoming a domain expert in Opus 2 platforms and legal workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a software training role.
• LegalTech or law firm experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and engaging presentation skills.
• Highly organized with a proactive, flexible approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced software company.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions on Opus 2 software for end-users.
• Deliver and adapt training content and materials.
• Organize and plan sessions with clients to cover core needs.
• Maintain records of training attendance and duration.
• Provide post-training support to ensure client success.
• Capture feedback and relay to internal stakeholders.
• Train internal teams on new features and solution areas.
• Position Opus 2 as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Develop domain expertise and articulate platform benefits.
