Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Manager to lead high-complexity operational delivery for top client accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to client executives, translating performance data into strategic narratives and proactive risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead high-complexity operational delivery for key accounts.
• Serve as strategic advisor to client executives and senior leaders.
• Translate data trends into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Develop forward-looking operational strategies aligned to client goals.
• Identify systemic issues and optimization opportunities across the lifecycle.
• Guide clients through major operational changes and performance improvements.
• Own complex issue analysis and resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Lead root-cause analysis and articulate risk, options, and paths forward.
• Prepare data-backed responses and present to senior stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer within Client Delivery.
