EnableComp, a leader in Specialty Revenue Cycle Management, is seeking a Client Delivery Manager. The role is client-facing and focuses on aligning operations, delivering performance insights, and resolving issues for assigned client accounts.

You will partner with Revenue Services, Client Success, Implementation, and other teams to drive the client lifecycle while escalating to the Client Alignment Director as needed.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage operational alignment, performance consulting, and issue resolution for assigned client accounts.
• Translate complex operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and action-oriented narratives.
• Partner with Revenue Services, Client Success, Implementation, and other internal teams to drive alignment across the client lifecycle, escalating to the Client Alignment Director as needed.
