Job summary

CAC Group, part of The Baldwin Group, seeks a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for Employee Benefits to serve as the primary liaison between carriers and clients, manage renewals, and ensure service excellence.

You will analyze benefit trends, support plan design, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver compliant, accurate deliverables and a consistent “Peace of Mind” experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact.
• Assess client needs and tailor benefit solutions.
• Lead renewal process with benchmarking, claim experience, and design options.
• Manage client service calendar and on-boarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA; handle 5500 filings.
• Negotiate with carriers and vendors to ensure timely service.
