Job summary

Bank of America seeks a client‑focused associate at a financial center to greet customers, identify banking needs, and guide them to appropriate solutions. You will support transactions, educate clients on digital tools, and connect them with specialists to deepen relationships.

The role requires strong communication, weekend/extended hours availability, and the ability to learn new systems. In‑person service at Columbus, OH locations is expected.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and client focus.
  • Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
  • Notary commission or ability to obtain within months of start date (state‑dependent).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients and uncover personal banking needs.
  • Assist clients with self‑service or transactional activities and educate on platform services.
  • Deepen client relationships by connecting clients to specialists and solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service.
