The role emphasizes collaboration with Financial Advisors for complex cases, growth through client portfolios, and active engagement in digital platform adoption while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of banking products, pricing strategies, and profitability management.
• Licensing requirements (SIE, Life & Health, Series 6/63/65 or 7/66) within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Builds and executes business plans to achieve sales targets.
• Uncovers client needs and presents financial planning solutions.
• Collaborates with Financial Advisor for complex cases.
• Promotes digital features and guides client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintains client relationships and sources new revenue through cross-selling.
