Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in a financial services organization.
• Licenses required within 120 days of role start date if not currently held.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, pricing strategies, and profitability management.
• Regulatory and compliance policy adherence and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact to uncover financial needs and provide holistic banking and investment solutions.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisor for complex client needs.
• Uncover needs, provide solutions, and identify sales opportunities within client portfolio.
• Suggest products, pricing, and services; connect clients with experts as needed.
• Achieve sales targets by acquiring new assets and growing existing relationships.
• Promote adoption of digital platforms and features among clients.
• Develop and execute a business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and centers of influence.
