Qualifications

• Able to deliver personalized customer experiences and meet sales/service objectives.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects, identifying needs and guiding financial solutions.
• Makes needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and uncover opportunities.
• Engages customers to complete assessments and recommend tailored solutions (accounts, lending, investments).
• Promotes digital/self-serve options and guides customers to use them.
• Supports transactions and helps manage customer traffic in the branch and through channels.
• Handles inquiries, ensures accurate data entry, and aligns lending recommendations with policies.
