Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Post-secondary degree preferred, not required.
• SIE Exam and Life & Health licenses (or required within 120 days).
• State Life and Health insurance license and securities licenses per role.
• Strong knowledge of deposits, loans, brokerage and advisory products.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact to uncover financial needs and provide holistic banking/investment solutions.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, COIs, and the community to grow AUM.
• Acquire new assets and deepen existing relationships to meet sales targets.
• Introduce clients to digital platforms and promote adoption of digital features.
• Coordinate with Financial Advisor for complex needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
