James Perse in Beverly Hills is seeking a full-time Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service, meet sales targets, and uphold visual standards.

The Senior Client Advisor will build relationships with high-value clients, maintain the selling floor, and participate in store events. Flexibility to work a seven-day operation is required.

JAMES PERSE IS CURRENTLY HIRING A FULL TIME CLIENT ADVISOR FOR OUR BEVERLY HILLS LOCATION

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving all objectives set forth by the company. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service and adhering to visual merchandising and operational standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.
• Ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise and store standards.
• Participate in special events and or projects as needed (i.e. Sample Sale, Physical Inventory, etc.).
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence.
• All other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College Degree preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods, and clientele-oriented sales.
• Experience working in retail environment(s) with 7 days a week operation, which require open scheduling availability based on business needs.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

This position pays $20.00 per hour plus commission on personal net sales.
