James Perse is actively hiring a full-time Client Advisor for our Bloomingdale's Sherman Oaks location. You will drive sales targets, cultivate client relationships, and uphold the brand’s standards for service and presentation.

We seek individuals with luxury retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and readiness for a seven-day operation with flexible scheduling. Competitive benefits and a commission structure enhance this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
• Experience working in retail environments with 7 days a week operation requiring open scheduling availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

JAMES PERSE IS CURRENTLY HIRING A FULL TIME CLIENT ADVISOR FOR OUR BLOOMINGDALE'S SHERMAN OAKS SHOP

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

The Client Advisor is responsible for achieving all objectives set forth by the company. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service and adhering to visual merchandising and operational standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.
• Ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise and store standards.
• Participate in special events and or projects as needed (i.e. Sample Sale, Physical Inventory, etc.).
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence.
• All other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College Degree preferred.

Experience

PAY TRANSPARENCY

This position pays $19.00 per hour plus commission on personal net sales.
