Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex procedures to drive resolution.
• 2+ years of credit management and commercial collections experience (B2B).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of client accounts and analyzes accounts receivable balances to drive timely payment and maintain records.
• Negotiates payment plans and settlement amounts with clients.
• Drafts payment plan options and reviews with Finance leadership, partners, and clients.
• Communicates status and action items via virtual meetings, phone, and email.
• Coordinates with billing, timekeepers, and client contacts to resolve disputed or past-due invoices.
