Job summary

Elevateanddelegate is seeking a Senior Accountant – Client Accounting & Tax to manage day-to-day accounting and tax work for multiple clients. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional client service.

The candidate should have 5–7+ years in public or client accounting, experience with Drake Tax, TaxDome, and QuickBooks Online, and strong ownership and communication skills. Remote work is offered for U.S. clients.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of public accounting or client accounting experience.
• Strong bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience preparing business and/or individual tax returns.
• Experience managing multiple clients and deadlines.
• CPA or CPA candidate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and tax work for multiple clients with accuracy and timeliness.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and help improve workflows and quality-control processes.
• Communicate professionally with clients and meet deadlines.
• Lead client engagements and support firm growth with proactive problem-solving.
