Labcorp is seeking a Clinical Assay Specialist (CLIA) to join our Morrisville, NC team. You will provide technical and scientific oversight for high-complexity laboratory testing, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.

As General Supervisor designee, you will oversee testing, training, competency assessments, and day-to-day support for high-complexity operations, driving improvements and ensuring readiness for inspections.

Competenze

• CLIA high complexity testing and supervisory oversight.
• CAP and NYSDOH CLEP familiarity preferred for role.
• Experience coordinating proficiency testing and inspections is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide oversight for CLIA laboratory testing and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as General Supervisor designee for the CLIA lab and supervise testing activities.
• Lead assay transfers, validations, and quality control programs.
