You will follow detailed procedures, monitor performance, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to sustain production efficiency.

The role requires 2–4 years in semiconductor manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety and quality standards on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and collaborating with engineering and quality teams.
• Proficiency in executing ETRs and certified processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate and interpret reports for engineering and quality teams.
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues per protocol.
• Ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
• Mentor Level 1 and 2 Technicians on equipment and process standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and yield optimization.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production challenges.
• Maintain certification and training records for assigned areas.
• Execute production and ETR processes across multiple certified areas.
