Job summary

Evans Group, Inc. seeks a Cleanroom Technician II to support multilayer ceramic capacitor manufacturing in a controlled environment. You will prepare slurry, set up and operate equipment, verify process conditions, and maintain quality records in a cleanroom setting.

The role emphasizes following approved procedures, early issue identification, and collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams. Training of junior staff and safe, reliable production are key objectives.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma and experience in cleanroom manufacturing or related controlled production.
• Strong hands-on skills in equipment setup, process monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and apply detailed work instructions, process specifications, batch records, and equipment documentation.
• Consistent attendance, reliable follow-through, timely escalation, clear communication, and good judgment under production demands.
• Ability to read and write in English to use work instructions, maintain records, and communicate safety and quality information.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under 22 C.F.R. and understand export controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ceramic slurry batches to approved formulas and verify materials and batch measurements.
• Set up, change over, operate, and monitor cleanroom production equipment per recipe settings.
• Perform and record in-process measurements; interpret results and stop or escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot first-line process and equipment issues and coordinate more complex repairs.
• Maintain complete, traceable batch, lot, equipment, and inspection records and provide shift handoffs.
