Job summary

The Evans Group is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Technician (Clean Room – Ceramic Capacitors) to support production in a controlled clean room environment. Responsibilities include slurry preparation, machine operation, and adherence to quality and safety procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to follow SOPs, and strong attention to detail. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a US-person compliant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Clean Room Experience and ability to work in a controlled environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ceramic slurry mixtures per formulas and procedures.
• Operate and monitor production equipment used in capacitor manufacturing.
• Load, unload, and inspect materials throughout the process.
• Follow work instructions, process specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform basic in-process inspections and report defects or abnormalities.
• Maintain accurate production and process documentation.
• Adhere to clean room protocols and PPE requirements.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
