Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in an engineering role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process control.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma.
• Ability to create process documentation and training materials.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (Defense/medical/electronics) is a plus.
• U.S. Person eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Select and qualify vendors; act as technical lead on supplier communications for product design.
• Design, develop, optimize capacitor components and support new processes.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, analyze data, lead improvement projects.
• Assist with equipment and test requirements.
• Create process control plans and SOPs; perform FMEA.
• Develop SOPs and training for operators.
• Provide SME support for operational/quality issues and corrective actions.
