Job summary

Exentec is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager – Cleanroom Envelope to drive growth across pharma, biotech, semiconductor, and other advanced technology markets.

You will lead business development and technical sales for cleanroom envelope solutions, identifying opportunities from early design through contract award and collaborating with EPC contractors, end users, engineering teams, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years in cleanroom construction, HVAC, or related fields.
• Proven track record in business development, technical sales, bid management, or project delivery.
• Experience selling engineered systems, modular construction, or turnkey projects.
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom technologies and GMP/FDA facilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue opportunities across pharma, biotech, semiconductor, battery, aerospace, healthcare, and other advanced technology markets.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with EPC contractors, general contractors, owners and end users.
• Monitor regional and national project pipelines, tenders, and government initiatives.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, and technical workshops to position Exentec solutions early in projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prepare technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Drive opportunities through the sales lifecycle from qualification to project award.
• Provide market feedback and collaborate across functions for product/service improvements.
