Job summary

Exentec is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager – Cleanroom Envelope to drive growth across pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, battery, aerospace, healthcare and other advanced manufacturing sectors.

You will lead business development and technical sales from early design through contract award, collaborating with EPC contractors, end users, engineering teams and supplier partners to position Exentec as the preferred cleanroom solution provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years in cleanroom construction, HVAC, controlled environments or related sectors.
• Proven success in business development, technical sales, bid management, or project delivery.
• Experience selling engineered systems, modular construction or turnkey projects.
• Strong understanding of cleanroom technologies and GMP/FDA-regulated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Establish strategic relationships with EPC contractors, end users, and partners.
• Lead technical sales activities from design to contract award with proposals and cost estimates.
• Present value-engineered solutions and lifecycle cost analyses to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, operations, and suppliers to deliver solutions.
