Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Clean Energy to join our growing team in Eunice, New Mexico. You will lead complex expansion projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management or engineering, 5+ years of PM experience (preferably in regulated facilities), and PMP certification. On-site presence is essential to coordinate stakeholders and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience in highly regulated industrial facilities (nuclear/energy/chemical).
• PMP certification required.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Deliver expansion projects valued at $300–$700M with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee integration of FEED/EPCM/contractor supply chain and stakeholders.
• Develop strategies to meet safety, scope, cost, schedule and benefits objectives.
